colorfilter | 36 + 4 NANA Manga "Emoticon" Icons

This was supposed to be a brush update, but then I got side-tracked and ended up using those brushes for these icons first. ^^; These also originally started small- with an intention to include them in my 100 NANA manga icon challenge, but they kept growing and growing and now I don't know if they should be used for the challenge anymore? I may pick a few out later... not sure yet. Anyhow, there are 40 total simplistic NANA mood icons, 4 of which are just border variations. I hope you like them!

Another brush set coming soon- including ones I've used here. :) For anyone who's wondering, this icon set doesn't use resources by anyone else other than my own. Also, a set of Hana Yori Dango's "emoticon" icons are also in the works. ^^

Can i ask what font and size you used for most of these o.O Whenever i try to get my cap fonts to look clear it doesn't work ;__;

I used the basic Arial for most of these icons...and in terms of the font, they kind of vary depending on the icon. ^^; Though they range anywhere from 6 to 9, I think?

Anyhow, thank you very much! I hope you do enjoy them. :) They're made to not focus on the manga even if it used images from NANA, so I hope they can be for more universal usage as well. :D

Haha, I love the coy Nana snickering icon (#28).
I like seeing the characters as white--it makes them pop out of the icon. Wish I had thought of it... e.e;
And there are just so many great reaction poses in NANA. :D

Thank you, Mizu! :) There's so much coloring of the manga floating about lately that I got a bit tired of them...so I went with retaining the black and white quality of the manga. ^^; I'm glad you think they work well! :D

And yes! Totally so many great reaction poses in NANA. I still have so much more saved up to make more of these from. ^^;

I've always wondered how you get that gray border outside of your icons (where the numbers are). How do you do that?

They're basically done the same way you would for any typical HTML table coding. :) If you're not familiar with how to code HTML tables- you can look at this tutorial I wrote a long time ago on tables: here

Oh my god. I took so many, I don't even know which one I did not take. O: I love your icons so much. I've been having such a bad week ever and there are icons there, so simple yet so true that I couldn't resist and let myself feel a little bit happier. Thanks Téa (yes, I copied for the sake of the e), this batch has made me very very happy.
